The Balanced Rider demo with Legless the mechanical horse
Based at Quob Stables (SO32 1BQ) this demo incorporates the The Balanced Rider and the mechanical horse. The demo lasts 2 1/2 -3hrs with a max of 6 participants. The demo is largely practical, the first hour includes a quick intro about The Balanced Rider concept, of finding and using your seat bones and
understanding how to use your posture whilst riding, including using the gym balls to establish your idiosyncracies of movement/ how crooked or one sided you are, and loads of basic exercises which can help. Followed by an hour and half on Legless where everybody has a seat assessment and printout, followed by time on the mechanical horse helping you sort out any problems etc.

Demo's can be arranged to suit your needs, from 45 mins to 1 1/2 hrs, from a small group to a large audience. Demo/ workshop charges will vary depending upon location, facilities, and additional requirements e.g. if
participants would like to book one-to-one assessments at the same time as
the demo then charges may be offered at a discount. Demo's for charity
events and riding clubs are free.

Clinic Days
Would you like to host a clinic day at your yard? This can involve demo's, one-to-one sessions, ridden assessments and video analysis. Please contact me for further details, and exact costs based on mileage and number of participants.
